Schedule a discovery call
This is a free 15 minute call for me to learn a bit more about you, answer your questions, and ensure we are a good fit for your nutrition needs.

I can't believe how far I've come! I went from being afraid of eating a single bite of food outside of my rules, to enjoying fun foods with friends and family! I feel so much freedom.

This is a free 15 minute call for me to learn a bit more about you, answer your questions, and ensure we are a good fit for your nutrition needs.
During this initial session, we will do a deep dive into your relationship with food and how it affects your life.
We will work together towards your big-picture goals by breaking them down into small, specific, measurable steps, that add up to food freedom.
Food no longer controls my every thought! I live my life, and food is just part of it.
My office is at 10560 Main Street, Suite 410C, Fairfax, VA 22030, easily accessible from I-66 and Route 50, with parking available nearby. Telehealth sessions are also available throughout Virginia if you prefer to meet remotely.
You can submit an inquiry directly through this website to connect with me. The process starts with a free 15-minute call to make sure we're a good fit before moving forward. No referral is needed.
I provide nutrition therapy for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, OSFED, and hypothalamic amenorrhea. I also work with athletes navigating RED-S and disordered eating patterns. If you're unsure whether your experience qualifies, please reach out, you don't need a formal diagnosis to seek support.
Yes. I provide secure virtual sessions for clients throughout Virginia, including Ashburn, Leesburg, Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and beyond. Telehealth makes it easier to access specialized eating disorder nutrition support regardless of where you are in the state.
It means I don't use weight loss as a treatment goal or measure of success. Rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating, weight-inclusive care focuses on restoring your relationship with food and body trust — not changing the size of your body.
While having a therapist is ideal for eating disorder treatment, it isn't always required. We'll discuss what level of support is appropriate for your situation. I also have a trusted network of therapists in Northern Virginia who specialize in eating disorders and body image if you need a referral.
All services are private pay. I provide superbills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are surprised by how much their plans cover — it's worth checking with your insurer.
Yes. I specialize in hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA) and fertility nutrition. Together we'll work on restoring your cycle through adequate nourishment and stress management — without a rigid weight target. I also support athletes navigating amenorrhea related to RED-S.
"Registered Dietitian" (RD/RDN) is a protected credential in Virginia, requiring a bachelor's degree, supervised clinical practice, a national licensing exam, and ongoing continuing education. "Nutritionist" is not a regulated title in Virginia — anyone can use it. When you're seeking eating disorder support, working with a credentialed RD matters.
