Hi, I'm Katrina

I am a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience located in the DC metro area.

I provide nutrition counseling through a non-diet and intuitive eating lens. That means I do not believe in diets or restricting food from our bodies.

I've helped hundreds of people improve their relationship with food, recover from eating disorders, and uncover how nutrition can best serve their health and lifestyle, by supporting my clients through realistic and sustainable behavior changes.

Empowering people to trust their bodies and find food freedom is one of my passions. Let's take this journey together!
